Hi Ivanovich, is your 8% estimated yield based on todays SP or your entry prices?
The SP has been drifting down for a while which could be due to the large shareholder (HH) re balancing. This is be counterbalanced in some way by the share buy back which was a good move by management to prevent the re balancing from sending the SP to the dog house. Plus the SP had a good run and was due for a rest anyway.
Seems like growth will come from:
New Zealand
Advertising
Increasing fees
The odd acquisition
Outsourcing by major banks of their 'fleet'
Future SP growth will be determined by how much the above can add to earnings. How much is the above potentially worth???
The SP will eventually be increased by the buy back which will have a positive effect on EPS.
