certain brokers have been consistent on saying the same thing and where do you think they are getting the information? It's not going to be much less than 1.2m or much more than 1.4m to start (under deliver) and then increase the size as the drilling continues.
given that degrussa was 7mt indicated and inferred at 5% Monty has long way to go (roughly 3-4x bigger than current estimates) so I agree with some of the comments on here about ramping.
