As I have said a couple of times previously, I doubt ITE cannot survive in their present structure and that the current capital raising is intended to give them some breathing space.
The arrival on Hunter Hall on the register would tend to confirm this. Hunter Hall have a great track record and it would seem they see ITE as a prime takeover candidate.
