    BOD currently up 12% to 7.3c

    with 615M shares in the new BOD/Allied when/if, a 7.3 c share price would equal a $45M market cap

    and AVXs holding worth >$7M

    @ 4c, the sad AVX market cap is currently only $36M

    and we continue to hear nothing from AVX about progress
