i expect to see div push closer to 0.30 in the next 12-18 months.
that gives me long term yield > 20% almost risk free with great underlying fundamentals.
20% yield = doubling every 3.5 yrs... it'll need to be a helluva markup for me to sell, when otherwise I expect to see some 6 doubles.. or 32x my money over the next few decades....
...thats why i tipped in super for this one too.
