I’m holding long term, as for someone like WDC to go up 6% when their NTA is already above book value is a massive vote of confidence (not to mention that they are spending a lot of cash in London, a place where many analyst belief a recession is looming).
GPT NTA is $3.68, all they need now is some positive announcement on their hotels sales and we could see re-ratings across the board, I don’t trust analyst anymore, I belief in DYOR and common sense, a 20 cent dividend is definitely sustainable in the short-medium term. From the data that I have managed to get (pretty reliable), RM and construction cost will be lower in Q2 so that would be a very positive for GPT’s development pipeline.
October is fast approaching, I think there is a great chance we are getting another dividend and a possible IR cut next month so there is no real reason to sell out now.
M12 when GPT was $1.35 it was way oversold, I’m expecting a recovery to that of MGR which is >$2.
$2 end of the week with a short term target of $2.35 base on my calculations.
GL all.
