huntleys morning update

Readers of this thread are familiar with what is below, but this morning, as part of their morning market update, Huntley's included Compass, the para read -

"Compass Resources (CMR) has now completed the raising of $44.95m with the related issue of 24.3m shares at $1.85 per share, to 2 New York and 2 Hong Kong based investment groups. In addition, shareholders approval has also been sought for a further capital raising of $30m with the issue of 12m shares to Hunan Nonferrous Metals Corporation (HNC) at $2.50 per share. The funds raised will be used by the company to pursue its development and exploration objectives in 2006. In addition, the company is now proceeding with the preparation of venture agreements covering the terms of the Letter of Intent signed with HNC on 6 May 2006. CMR strengthened 3 cents (0.86%) to $3.50."
