    Thanks Brantley...nice post.

    I see this in simple terms...the risk of failure is now removed IMO (at least based on current market conditions), but still 50% upside on European assets and very low interest margin.

    Also, they have sold assets locally and NZ, thus should have the cash to pay out Macabe.
