"Copper looks to have had its rally and now
to be on the way down towards my target around US$2.35/50 mark, and will deflate
many a resource stock with that downward path, particular ones cum development
with no current earnings, usually stocks which when subjected to the immediacy
“cash earnings now” imperative of market downturns get slugged. That creates
opportunities of course to invest in good emerging resource situations, of which
Compass Resources is an excellent example. Excellent fundamental value, as we
report in our analysis, but subject to the market imperative just described, a trading
oriented viewpoint versus a longer term fundamental value judgment. The two can be
used well together, quite often, with the fundamentals always being needed to be well
