All the cash costs are in the bidder's statement for all the mines. Also note that cash costs in there include mining and so the actual costs from a cashflow perspective are lower due to depreciation of the capex (ie cost of the mine)
The other thing is that a old zfx subsidiary has $800m in tax benefits that the new company will use
