araldite was discovered in switzerland in the 40's and owned by Ciba until Huntsman bought it in the late 90's. Ciba then merged with Sandoz to become Novartis and the crop section of Ciba became Syngenta, who last month has been bought by Chemchina for 45 billions $. Hopefully ajx will follow such a successful path... great day to all
