... Huntsman made an announcement two days ago that it will merge with Clariant, a Swiss based company active in Chemicals specialties... Clariant is a spin off of Sandoz (future Novartis) when it merged with Ciba 20 years ago.... I wonder if the new entity , i.e. Clariant -Huntsman, will have time to consider a take over Ajx that some of you feared. I suspect that they have plenty to do to manage the merge...
