What am I missing? Huon have expanded sales of salmon by 34% in a period where salmon prices have come down, making a NPAT 13% lower than last year. Sound poor does it? But salmon prices have increased 24% in the last three month. The likely sales will include a huge profit margin. This stock had earnings of 20c three years ago. FY18 is likely to be 50-60c, a massive increase in NPAT over a short perios. I like its low dividends, because it is all being invested in the expansion. PE <10!
