The cynic in me asks who paid the $4.5 mil to Huon as compensation? Who else could it be? My take is that RIC took a $5.5 mil haircut on an original $17.5 mil commercial transaction and the rest is window dressing.
Admittedly, good for RIC to have it behind them.
