    yes, a few cappers have appeared at .19, obviously trying to squeeze the traders to sell into the buy side at 18.5.

    When they have their fill and pull their caps, a break of .20 is possible.

    Or maybe Trade4profit might just take out the caps - he does that sometimes.....
