They will not be able to get jobs anywhere else for the same money for a long time. The thought of buying Jacobs Creeks would be killing these guys.
I think the only reason why Hurley hasnt been told to go jump may have to do with a significant termination fee which most of the CEOs have now days.
The M/A activity is just about to happen in the listed property sector, i am sure there are many more groups that would pay higher than the MBO.
