Lots of these old houses affected by hurricanes , will eventually get totally replaced as the owners can only spend X$ amount before they are made to bring up to current codes. If they can't afford a total rebuild the house will be sold to someone at land value.The new houses , especially in the lower lying areas have to be built up to meet new codes. Lucky Hadrian can build up three stories high.Go FBR !!!
