I believe it's smart money also however, this is a punt even for the "smart money". I understand what you have said above but the story is pretty simple. they either hit or they don't, if they hit will it be low grade? most likely.... being conservative Of course

the point isn't that smart money is buying because even the experts buy on speculation, its a question of risk/value and 300k is nothing to them or whom ever is using that trading platform wether it be insto's/funds or individual entities.

Many other investment firms have an abundance of resources when it comes to speculative investments (geologists and engineers) this doesn't mean that their convictions are a hundred percent accurate!
