Folks. The most recent quarterly referenced proceedings against Olympic Domain (re: the 80% ownership milestone) in the Supreme Court of Victoria. From what I've researched, I can't find any case ID or hearing date for Cohiba relating to this. That suggests the matter is very close to being privately settled and resolved between the two parties.
