The farm in seems pretty run of the mill & normal up to the 80% mark, but both the parties don't seem to have given a lot of thought to what happens after that with the remaining 20%.. If Olympic Domain starts to contribute their 20% of expenses nothing needs to be cleared up. But if they are unable to, or will not contribute , the parties don't seem to have a royalty agreement in place, something that is in all the farm-ins I can think of. In place at the very beginning & should have been worked out then. I haven't read anything that suggests there is a royalty agreement in this case.
