i would be very surprised if results weren't required to be announced asap as per listing rules.
of course, if results were suspended at the coy's discretion ie. lab is directed to withhold results and subsequently the coy weren't privy to the results, then there would be no breach of listing rules.
Otherwise, a breach is definitely on the cards because it can give rise to insider trading etc.
My guess is results are withheld pending the resolution of agreement with OD. Or lab hasn't finished their assays and report. either or...
