Better that PB responds and confirms what Gunner suggested in his press conference about rigorous process as evidenced by the NTEPA. He should also confirm that TNG has the capacity, capability and technology to address all the current NTEPA concerns.

Has anyone discussed the politics of this? There is a lot of blocking of Fed Govt policy by State/Territory Labor Govts. Perhaps Gunner's comment of rigorous process was a shot across the bow for entities perceived to be aligned or helpful to the Fed Govt's position. The 5th point on the NTEPA feedback was to do with jobs for indigenous people. IMO nothing to do with EPA issues but certainly something to expect from a Labor govt.

If there is any truth in this it doesn't matter how good PB or GHD are... Daniel Andrew's spent more than $1.1b not building a road in Victoria demonstrating Labor don't give a shyte about taxpayer's money or progress in Australia.
