    I have commented on this before.Given that the TIVAN process is what makes this deposit viable,there isn't a chance in hell if I was a financier,that I would extend the finance for the mine before the refinery had all approvals.Certainly it could be finalized,with a condition precedent being approvals,so its ready to be deployed once approvals are received,but who is going to advance the money without refinery approvals?
