Agreed Depalma. It seems likely that the EIS approval will unlock everything and the announcements will follow. I am hopeful that GHD have all but responded. They could reply progressively if they can't answere all at once. Also thete is no reason why the NTEPA can't continue working on their recommendations to enable their report to be ready as soon as the response to the questions are recieved. After all all parties are meant to be working together here.
