    The problem is: what investors the fundamentals attract have already bought in. Those who haven't bought in require finance to be convinced to buy in. In the mean time, delays like this EIS causes the existing membership who bought in on fundamentals to reevaluate and leave. So the SP drifts down.

    We are at an impasse until some major good news and/or finance.
