It made me sick at $1 and it's nearly half that. It shows, the board's unclear with their communication on the key issues. "Protracted and ongoing" negotiations give the market NO confidence at all. They have not provided any substantial progress on that front for a long time. Risk keeps increasing everyday. Probably a fairer price now for the risk though. I imagine we will look back at this, one day (perhaps) and understand it was a screaming buy when the risks are cleared (IF they are cleared). Just have to hold...but definitely no top up!
