lol Rapidex. A few things regarding your earlier post stating "Also, first payment from China is due in 14 days time. $6 Million dollars which has nothing to do with IVK claim. China is outside their 'jurisdiction'"
1) First payment is due from China - but no money has as yet been received? This is contrary to what I thought had already been ann. by the company
2) $6mill? hmm, would think that the total to be received is market sensitive, and you should not have this info., as it relates to financials regarding this company which are not available to all shareholders
3) China is outside their jurisdiction? How do you know this? Did IVK list all the countries that they may possible have jurisdiction in, or do IVK believe that they have rights to the technology and earnings derived from it, not necessarily just in specific locations listed in IVK's ann. yesterday?
NB Not looking for an argument, just looking for solid discussion and honest answers.
