ok HVN now trades at price I factors in for all the bad stuff that can throw at it..I'm in
What HVN has other retailers dont have is Properties...in a pro-long down turn this will ensure its survival while other people pay crazy rents and not getting a sale...
Their properties portfolio could be worth 1.5B
Hard asset play with HVN
and say get 12c divi at this price ..beautiful
Act with care it could goes lower but I'm not good with timing the market, when the price is right I buy :-)
