I did make an enquiry to the receptionist at Arizona BLM, unfortunately she was unable to give me a definitive time frame only that a decisions was expected by mid month. She did give me the email address of the gentleman making the final decision (listed in my original post) whom I did contact last night 3 a.m. Australian time and I am still awaiting his reply. Shall keep all informed and will post any and all correspondences with him.
