Who is executing $7 trades? Probably a large corporate entity, that has tasked a stock broker to execute random small trades to to keep the trend on the course of sales moving in which ever direction it deems profitable for itself. Frustrating, yet telling, if a corporate entity is willing to spend money manipulating a certain stock, then it deems that the stock has some future value.
Advice; use the manipulation as an indicator of stock direction. It's hard to fight the big boys, yet their manipulation doesn't always work.
