My thoughts are that it is Bureau of Land Management titled land, that is it is owned by the federal government. This means no environment and native title hold ups and no covenants to prevent or stymie drilling. Should be all green lights once the paperwork is completed. I don't know if this is factored in and broadly undrstood.
