This coming Tuesday will be 1 month since the BLM public comment period closed.
Lets hope for some news or an update from management. I invested in HWK because of its location being in the US, but now the US seems to be one of the harder places to get a mine up and running due to environmental and native groups bringing about years of litigation to delay the permitting process. The US and BLM have a conflict; whether to keep up with Bidens EV promise and critical mineral race, and the opposing views from environmentalist and natives.
Im 50/50 as to whether to move my funds elsewhere. Next week will be the deciding factor.
