I'm Pretty sure the reporting date was the 23rd September, who ever is on the share registry is going tom get Diablo shares, they will come on the 12th October, these shares will appear magically in the portfolios of the holders, and I think that's when the name change kicks in as well.
If you are really interested to see how good this company can be, watch the link by Sillysillah, with only 4% of the massive area explored to date this is a Billion dollar company in the making.
