There is rising problem with that plant at the moment.
I'm just saying that HWK won't need to worry about that because that plant sp is not listed on the env report.
I was meant to say all grounds/development in mining lands have various problems but with this plant we don't have to worry. I think my wording in the original comment came out wrong and no I'm not a shorter.
