Formerly, he held the role of Senior Development Engineer at Tesla Motors Inc., where he oversaw special supply chain projects and battery engineering programs. Dr Deak has also served as Chief Technical Officer at Lithium America’s Corp (Market Cap AU$485M+).Dr Deak has consulted to multi-national engineering conglomerates, start-ups, government entities and institutional investors, covering projects from technology scouting to materials supply chain analysis. Dr Deak holds a D.Phil. in Materials Science from Oxford University and a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
