I think it just swings on fear and confidence at the moment. The last announcement proved that. I really don't think anyone knows anything at this point. There was absolutely no interest today, then I throw a small buy order in and the buyers start picking up at that same price.
It's unfortunate to double down at these prices, but I still think the odds are quite good
