Has anyone on this forum any idea how long the Stage 3 testing...

Has anyone on this forum any idea how long the Stage 3 testing will take and how much it is expected to cost? I have been able to find very little information about this. Being a topical application with evidence to date showing little to none passing through to the bloodstream I would expect it to have much less stringent testing requirements than medicines which are ingested. But as I say - I've been unable to find any information about this.
I bought this at 16 cents but unfortunately then sold it at about 20. I have bought in again at 32 cents because I think it has excellent prospects. My reasons for selling early this year though were because I could find no information on projected time or cost of Stage 3 testing. I still can't!! Help please...???
