I believe you will find they refer to the cost of the IPO. This has been a major requirement for the QVT funds, which, together with the expansion in engineering and sales forces, will drain their capital reserves prior to the profit flow from sales to the first customers. The QVT loan and medium term operating expenses will be paid from the IPO.

Someone else asked about transfer of shares. It will be 1:1 from ASX holdings to NASDAQ holdings. Of course some additional shares will be issued as referred to above.

Overall, I can't find anything to concern me except for the lack of confirmed timetable (but that is natural inquisitiveness and no more). Rather, the information about additional interactions is an unexpected bonus. Just how many sea containers are likley to be fitted (new and retro)? I would imagine every one of them.
