Does recapitalisation mean a potential delay in the HY Report?

Otherwise we should get a lot more detail very soon (though never soon enough!).

Concerned that we are being forced to sell assests if they cannot get a placement - I am assuming they will not attempt another rights issue given the state of play.

Given we are probably only a couple of $M in breach of covenant, I would love it if WP and the exec kicked in some money to keep us afloat until the TGA announcement or some other news (surely we are due!). Somehow, I doubt WP will kick in given his salary demands to a startup company as opposed to taking options etc.

Feel like we have missed all the major tenders. Would explain the difference in expected and actual revenue.

Have to get to work but if anyone has time it would be interesting to know if competitors announced tender wins recently. Other possibility is delay.

Unfortunately procurement departments do not look kindly on suppliers on the brink of bankruptcy! Grim times
