I hope you are not a member of MB CA. Even if you are. I think you should be supportive to SGH because at least you still hoping for them to well so they can pay you off in case if you ever win the court case. IF you solely relied on their insurer if they ever get busted then think again. There no such thing as free hand out from the Insurer.
Politically speaking. I think MB strategy is try to drown the company by any means before it get it case to the court hearing in that way they get secure claim through SGH's Insurer. Dream on
