I don't think so. They are very much entitled to whatever is entitled to them as per the law. They did after all stay and work in the country their whole life, that's the point. If they had flown to and from the country and worked elsewhere, those associated expenses would eat away at their overall net cash position after those 45 years. It is more like a marriage, see what happens when a man swaps wives every 3 years.
