As I indicated in a previous post, I believe it's becoming quite clear at this stage that all of our 'partners' are just waiting for MST to go into receivership so they can then have free run with the technology. Once in receivership there will not be any defense of the patents or I.P., and while a bunch of squabbling goes on in the mean time our current 'partners' (BAE, Colt, etc.) will develop the technology. The time frame is perfectly aligned with widespread adoption; by the time the patents expire there will not be any blockers to roll out the weapons in large numbers, in fact they may not even wait that long.
