can someone explain how this will affect the shareholder,
i was told where the share price of cnp is moving between 6c-8c for a while now, bank will agree hybrid debt/equity swap, but in 10 to 1 basis, means if you hold 100000 cnp share, and current sp is like 7c, you will end up with only 10000 (10 to 1) and still worth at 7c each share only. If this is the case, every shareholder will only have 10% value of their original holding left
If this is the case, i rather cnp to go down, as what has left over for shareholder is almost nothing...
