If they are only going to have around 200mil debt and don't intend to reduce gearing to 0%, then what are they planning on doing with profit?
A 4.5% margin over the BBSW is a massive yield at these prices, you just need the patience to wait 18-24 months by which time the price should have climbed based upon the potential yield. Then remember before an ord div can be paid we need to get 12 months worth of distributions.
This all assumes the company is still around in two years, which less face it with a 400 million injection it will be.
