I am currently in Singapore for visiting, too bad that I missed you.
You are right what you mentioned but the real demand for REE comes from Hybrid Technology in cars. The Singaporeans dont care about petrol prices, they pay only half of it what we do in Europe. In combination with our current intensive global warming discussions I feel that the demand for Hybrid cars is much stronger in Europe. There are a lot of car buyers willing to pay premiums for petrol-efficent cars.
