perhaps 545 becomes 600+ ......who knows !

given their holding period, and entry prices, (imho) - the only way they are going to make an "acceptable" return, is for an arranged takeover after the "process" of hybrid conversion..........

there are a bunch of legal issues (best interest etc etc etc) that need to be dealt with also ........

any forced conversion (ie >90% acceptance) implies some forced selling post whatever the date may be ........may keep a cap on the ordinaries for a while ??????
