What can hybrid holders do about the situation if they are unhappy, as you clearly are? What options are available (for example through PIGS or RE)?

It seems there is a lack of communication with the bodies which purport to represent the hybrid holders, so is this fair on them? Was there not a commitment to form some sort of committee to solve the hybrid problem, did anything come of that? If such a commitment is made, isn't it reasonable to expect it to be honoured - unless it is being done with the Pigs or RE without the average punter knowing about it. Perhaps you can shed some light.

If there is no action underway in relation to that commitment, perhaps this indicates the problems are even greater than anybody believed when walking in to the company a few months ago. Maybe there are some regretting they ever did, who knows...

In any event, all of these uncertainties suggest that we are surely well overdue an update of some sort.
