    If you were a prisoner on death row, you probably wouldn't sign up for life membership at your local gym, unless they were giving it away.

    Similar scenario with PXUPA - absolutely no reason for PPX to engage with them for the foreseeable future. They have enough issues with lossmaking businesses, and loans that they are paying interest on, to worry about the balance sheet niceties of their "freebie".
