    How on earth do you come up with the conclusion that PPX is insolvent?

    I'm sure the two non-exec directors would be interested to hear your views because they are personally liable if that is the case.

    Clearly the company is experiencing difficulties but that doesn't mean it is insolvent.

    Stick to the facts and stop the scaremongering please.
