    NSW will only cover $450m of losses at Eraring if they occur. This excludes any maintenance Capex.
    I doubt Origin will see a cent and its probably interest best interest if they dont.

    But agree, I can't see Eraring shutting down even by 2027, Origin appears to already be significantly short elec as is in NSW with no new capacity on the horizon.
